Alpha Armor provides appointment-generation and paid advertising services for business coaches and consultants, including screening application systems, booking flows, follow-up sequences, conversion tracking, and paid media management, as described on our Services page. Specific deliverables and obligations for your engagement depend on which package you purchase.
Qualification and application process
Access to a managed engagement (Alpha Growth or Alpha Scale) is subject to qualification. As stated on our Services and Apply pages, our published floors for a managed engagement are a minimum of $15,000 per month in revenue, a minimum program price of $3,000, and a minimum of $3,000 per month in advertising spend, paid by you directly to the advertising platform. We evaluate applications against these floors and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to decline any application, including applicants who meet the stated floors, where we determine we are not the right fit. Alpha Launch does not carry these floors, since it is a self-managed, build-only engagement.
Packages and pricing
Current package pricing is published on our Services page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:
- Alpha Launch: a one-time, build-only engagement covering the screening application, booking flow, and tracking setup. No monthly fee and no appointment guarantee, since Alpha Armor does not manage advertising spend under this package.
- Alpha Growth: a fully managed engagement billed monthly, with a required minimum advertising spend paid by you directly to the advertising platform, separate from and in addition to our fee. Carries the appointment guarantee described below. Three-month minimum term.
- Alpha Scale: a fully managed, multi-platform engagement billed monthly, with a higher required minimum advertising spend, paid by you directly to the advertising platform(s). Carries the appointment guarantee described below. Three-month minimum term.
Advertising spend is never paid to Alpha Armor and is never marked up; it is paid by you directly to the advertising platform (for example, Meta, Google, or another platform), and you retain full visibility into and ownership of your own ad account.
The appointment guarantee
On Alpha Growth and Alpha Scale engagements, Alpha Armor guarantees a minimum of 20 qualified sales appointments in your first full month of active campaigns, 25 in month two, and 30 in month three. A “qualified appointment” is a booked call from a prospect who, in our screening application, reported figures at or above the minimums agreed with you, confirmed they can make the buying decision, and attended the call. A no-show does not count toward this number, and we will book a replacement.
Remedy if the guarantee is not met: if we do not deliver the guaranteed number of qualified appointments in a given month, we will continue managing your campaigns at no additional fee until the shortfall is delivered.
Conditions. The guarantee applies only while advertising spend is maintained at or above the agreed floor; is void if creative, offer, pricing, or the booking page are changed without our written sign-off; is void if you decline or cancel more than two booked appointments in a month; is void if you do not respond to booked leads within 24 hours; and is void if your program price is reduced below the level the campaign was built against. Alpha Launch carries no appointment guarantee under any circumstance, since Alpha Armor is not managing the advertising account under that package.
Payment terms
Fees for managed engagements are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Alpha Launch is billed as a one-time fee prior to work beginning. Advertising spend is billed separately and directly by the advertising platform to the payment method you connect to your own ad account. Late payment may result in a pause of services until your account is brought current.
Client responsibilities
To receive the benefit of our services and any applicable guarantee, you agree to: provide accurate information during the application and onboarding process; grant timely access to any accounts, pages, or systems reasonably required to perform the services; respond to booked leads within 24 hours; and refrain from making unapproved changes to creative, offers, pricing, or booking pages tied to an active campaign without our written sign-off.
Term, cancellation, and refunds
Managed engagements (Alpha Growth and Alpha Scale) carry a three-month minimum term from the start of active campaigns. After the minimum term, engagements continue month-to-month unless cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for services rendered are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Alpha Launch, as a one-time build engagement, is non-refundable once work has begun, given the nature of the deliverable.
Intellectual property
Deliverables built specifically for you under Alpha Launch (the screening application, booking flow, and associated assets) become your property upon full payment. Under managed engagements, creative assets, ad copy, and campaign structures developed for your account become your property upon full payment for the period in which they were created; our underlying processes, frameworks, and methodology remain our intellectual property.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, or strategic information disclosed by the other party in connection with the engagement, and to use it only for purposes of the engagement.
Disclaimers
Other than the specific appointment guarantee stated above and applicable only to Alpha Growth and Alpha Scale engagements, our services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific level of revenue, client acquisition, or business outcome beyond the stated number of qualified appointments. Client results referenced on this Site are as reported by the named clients, are not independently audited, are not typical, and are not a guarantee of your own outcome, which depends on factors including your offer, price, close rate, and budget.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Armor’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. Alpha Armor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Alpha Armor harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or content and representations you provide to us or authorize us to use on your behalf.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to these terms

Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with any signed proposal or order form for your specific engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alpha Armor regarding the subject matter herein.
